Hey Lianne, we have an interactive recipe index that allows you to filter by vegan and GF. https://www.freshoutdo.com/camping-recipe-index/?fwp_activity=car-camping We don’t have many recipes that can scale up to 60 people, we develop our recipes primarily for 2-4 people. But see what you can find. I’m thinking some sort of pancakes might be the easiest to scale up to that size.

We are 60 people, mostly vegan and or GF. I like this frittata but was wondering what other ideas are out there. We are dry camping, no power.
