I didn’t follow the recipe exactly, and I multiplied it by six or so to feed 24 hungry campers, and it was perfect. I served it with coleslaw, cowboy caviar & Fritos, watermelon, and brownies for dessert. I made the filling ahead of time at home, and warmed it up at the campsite, and it couldn’t have been a nicer meal. I was very proud to serve these sloppy joes to my friends and family.
